We provide DayGlow: Countdown Widget and Volume Control. The app-specific sections below describe the different information needed for each app's core features. The remaining sections describe shared privacy practices where applicable.

2. App-specific data

DayGlow: Countdown Widget

DayGlow processes information you provide to create and display countdowns, anniversaries, home screen widgets, reminders, and share images:

• Event content: Event titles, dates, countdown books, repeat rules, milestone settings, and reminder preferences.
• Display preferences: Widget style, background and font colors, font size, layout mode, and title visibility.
• Selected images: Background images you choose for widgets or share images.

Event content and preferences are primarily stored and processed on your device. Selected images are processed on your device to preview, render, and display the feature you select. When you choose to share or export an image, the image and included event content are made available to the app, service, or destination you select.

DayGlow does not require an account and does not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, SMS, call logs, health information, payment card data, government identifiers, microphone recordings, or camera recordings.

Volume Control

Volume Control stores the following information in the app's private storage on your device:

• Sound presets: Your preset names, volume values, and recently used presets.
• App preferences: Theme, language, and listening-reminder settings.
• Volume state: The last non-zero media level used by the app.

This local information is used to provide app features and is not uploaded by the core app. The app reads Android volume levels to display controls and changes them when you request an action. Device makers may link, round, or restrict certain volume channels.

Volume Control does not record audio, access your microphone, or measure sound in decibels. Advertising data is not used to access the names or values of your local sound presets.

3. Advertising & third-party services

Volume Control is a free, advertising-supported app. Current or future versions of DayGlow may also display ads through Google AdMob or other advertising partners.

Advertising partners may process advertising identifiers where available, device and app information, IP addresses and approximate region derived from network information, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance data. This information may be used to deliver and measure ads, limit invalid activity, and protect advertising services.

Partners process this information under their own privacy policies. Ad personalization depends on applicable requirements, consent, and user settings. Where consent is required, the app or its advertising partners may present applicable consent choices. Android and Google settings may also provide advertising controls.

4. Android permissions & device access

You can manage optional permissions in Android settings. If an app adds permissions for new features, this policy will be updated to explain their purposes.

5. Support communications & this website

When you email us, we receive your email address, message content, and any attachments or other details you choose to provide. We use this information to answer your request and provide support through email systems and support records.

These website pages do not include advertising SDKs, analytics scripts, account forms, or tracking cookies. When the site is hosted, the hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, and access time, to deliver and protect the website.

Links to third-party websites and email services are subject to those providers' privacy practices.

6. How information is used & shared

We use information to provide the features described above, save app preferences, deliver and measure advertising where enabled, respond to support requests, and meet legal or security obligations.

• Local app data: Core DayGlow event content and Volume Control presets are used on your device for app features. We do not sell your personal and sensitive user data.
• Service providers: Advertising, distribution, hosting, and email providers may receive information needed to provide their services, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations.
• Sharing you choose: DayGlow share images and included text go to the destination you select.
• Legal or safety needs: Information may be disclosed when required by law or valid legal process, or when necessary for security, fraud prevention, or protection of rights.

7. Retention & deletion

DayGlow: Events, anniversaries, widget settings, and preferences remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app. You can delete event data directly in the app.

Volume Control: Presets, recently used presets, preferences, and stored volume state remain locally until you delete them where the app provides that option, clear app storage, or uninstall the app.

Images you export or share may remain in your gallery, chosen destination, or recipient's storage after you delete app data. Manage those copies separately using the relevant app or service.

Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain support records. Advertising and other service providers retain information according to their policies and legal obligations. Contact us for deletion requests concerning support communications.

8. Security

Local app data is stored using Android platform storage mechanisms. We take reasonable measures to limit access to information for the purposes described in this policy. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Children

Both apps are general-audience utilities and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request or collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support communications or an app, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

10. International users

The apps may be available in multiple countries. Advertising and other service providers may process information in countries other than your own, under their privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.

11. Your choices

• DayGlow: Create, edit, or delete events in the app; disable reminders or revoke notification permission in Android settings; choose whether to select background images or share event images.
• Volume Control: Edit or delete local presets and manage app preferences; clear app storage or uninstall the app to remove local app information.
• Advertising: Use advertising consent controls where provided and manage advertising identifiers or ad personalization through available Android or Google settings.
• Support: Contact us with questions or requests relating to your support communications.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when app features, permissions, service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated policy will be posted here with a new effective date.
